For the next 13 weeks I am going to try my hand at P90X.  Why not right?  SBF is doing it and is the perfect coach to help me make it all I can!  There are so many success stories from people who have done it that it couldn't hurt!  Also, I have hit a stupid plateau in my most recent schedule.  Can't seem to get past this little block in the road.  The P90X program states that it is plateau free!  I am replacing P90X kenpo with elliptical at the gym and will likely due yoga at the gym too.  Thing is.. I like the gym and since the kenpo workout is cardio, I can achieve that doing something I like, so I intend too.  As far as yoga x.... Tony Horton is a damn sadist and I admit he is too much for me!  I will do what I can in yoga class and call it all good.  Wish me luck!! I'm really going to need it! :)
