When people diet, the point is to reduce calories. It's hard to get all the nutritional needs into your body when you are eating less during your day. Multi vitamins are great but they do not fill you up. I drink Shakeology every morning for breakfast with 1 cup of non-fat milk and 5 ice cubes. I find it extremely tasty and am not hungry again until around 11 each day. There are, of course, many recipes including fresh/frozen fruit, coconut milk, and even protein powder for those that want a bit more gumph.
This plan means that for breakfast, I get a huge amount of the nutrients that I need throughout the day as well as a filling meal for only 150 calories! I'm loving it! It's expensive of course but not more than I used to spend on my daily 500 calorie artificially flavored latte! I'm thinking of becoming a "coach" so I can earn discounts on this marvelous shake.. its a pyramid like Tupperware and Partylite but something good that you can do for yourself! If you want to try it.. give me a holla! I might be willing to spare you a scoop! One scoop is all you will need to know this is what you want for breakfast!
